Reclaiming Southwest Chicago II Rental Phase

Renovation of 17 units between four existing buildings, including one 2 unit building with commercial space, one 9 unit building with commercial space, and two 3-unit buildings in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood. Work includes new high efficiency mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new roofing, new siding, new finishes, and energy star appliances. Completion scheduled for mid-2024.
