New construction of 122 units of senior and low-income housing, including a 98-unit three story building, two 12 unit buildings, and a maintenance building on a 14-acre site. Construction included high efficiency heating and cooling systems, energy star appliances, walking paths, picnic areas and a pickle ball court. Completed December 2020.
